Which brings me to the exciting news: I'll be living in Erfurt, the capital of Thueringen, starting in September! I'm very excited, but also worried because that's one of the areas that's pretty flooded right now. I may also be taking a class at the Universitaet Erfurt as well - I'm going to do the paperwork to apply now and decide in September if I really want to go through with it.
Besides that, I've been studying German because I'm terrified that I'll manage to forget the entire language during this summer. I also booked my flight last week and have a countdown on my computer!
I was in New York 2 weeks ago and saw the Institute of International Education while attempting to visit the UN. (The UN was out of tour tickets, so I didn't get to actually visit there.)
